		<description>See above ;)  I guess part of it may be that I have no *bad* memories. Most of the other Airlines (ATA, United, Delta, Northwest, Continental...) I can specifically remember instances where my flights were very delayed, or my luggage took forever to come out, or perhaps someone was rude to me.

It is in some ways unfortunate, because even though I fly Hawaiian so often there are only a couple memories I have I could share of them as well.

With Aloha, I flew them perhaps a dozen times - but nothing stands out, perhaps specifically because they were efficient, had good service, and I never had anything to complain about!</description>
